Returns Policy

Alex Tempany Jewelry is proud to deliver handcrafted, unique jewelry, and want our customers to be delighted with their purchases.                                         

We offer a 10 day returns policy on most pieces, for a refund. We do not offer exchange.         

The Stevie Collection, and The Pathways Ring are not eligible for return - all sales are final. 

Any purchase must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a refund. To arrange a return, please contact our customer care team.

Please note we do not accept returns on the following:

• Pieces which have been worn, or are not in their original condition
• Pieces not in the original packaging                                                              
• Pieces returned outside of the above time-frame
• The Stevie Collection and The Pathways Ring
